This study aims to determine the Implementation of Management Functions Addakwah Institution Mosque in Increasing Prosperity Haja Endang Sutijah Mosque, Sibolangit Village. research is a descriptive qualitative research, this field research. The data used primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques by conducting semi- structured interviews observation. analysis were form reduction, presentation, conclusions. Checking validity using triangulation technique. results indicate that activities carried out at Village are under management Institute. linked function as an effort made regulate course program so prosperity mosque can increase goals Institution. So implementation Institute increasing Village, namely planning, organizing, implementing, supervising.
